No. This is a non-medical observational support service focused on ordinary visible household conditions.
Will you make repairs during the visit?
Only minor, non-licensed tasks may be considered when separately approved. Licensed or specialized work must be referred to a qualified professional.
Can family members receive the findings?
Yes, when the client has authorized the family member and the communication arrangement has been documented.
Can this be scheduled as a recurring service?
Possibly. Recurring safety and wellness visits may be arranged based on the client’s needs and service availability.
Do you assess fall risk?
We may identify visible household conditions associated with ordinary movement, but we do not provide a clinical fall-risk or mobility assessment.
What should I do in an emergency?
