What We Expect From Every Care Professional
Clients and families deserve support that is compassionate, dependable, respectful, and professionally delivered.
Arrive as scheduled and communicate promptly about delays or concerns.
Honor the client’s choices, privacy, culture, household, and routines.
Remain within the authorized non-medical role and approved service plan.
Provide accurate information to supervisors and authorized contacts.
Record completed services and objective observations accurately.
Recognize concerns and report them through the proper channels.

Supporting a Professional Care Workforce
Role requirements may vary based on the position, assigned duties, transportation responsibilities, applicable law, agency policy, and client needs.
Application Review
Experience, availability, service area, communication, and role suitability are reviewed.
Screening
Required identity, reference, background, driving, credential, or eligibility checks are completed as applicable.
Orientation
Team members learn company standards, service boundaries, documentation, privacy, safety, and reporting procedures.
Ongoing Learning
Caregiver Academy courses, policy reviews, coaching, and continuing education support professional growth.
