Accessibility
Our Commitment to Accessible Information
One Companion & Homemakers wants clients, families, caregivers, job applicants, and community members to be able to access information and communicate with us.
We work to improve the usability of our website and digital communications for people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some content or third-party features may not work equally well with every device, browser, or assistive technology.
Request Assistance
If you have difficulty accessing a page, form, document, or feature, contact us and describe:
- The page or information you were trying to access
- The difficulty you experienced
- The format or communication method that would work better for you
- Your preferred way for us to respond
You may call (203) 996-5533 or email onecompanionhomemakers@gmail.com. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information through an accessible alternative and address reported barriers.
Accommodation for Services or Employment
Website accessibility requests are separate from requests for reasonable accommodation connected to services or employment. Contact the office so the appropriate team can discuss the specific request.
Feedback Helps Us Improve
We welcome specific, respectful feedback about accessibility. When reporting an issue, please avoid including medical records, financial information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information in a general email.
